Fidav is a Swiss fiduciary company established in 1982. Born and raised in Ticino, it now supports over 150 clients — businesses and individuals — with tax, accounting, corporate and payroll matters.

In more than forty years of activity we have seen laws, markets and technologies change. What has not changed is the way we work: truly understanding needs, providing concrete answers, building relationships of trust that stand the test of time. It is no coincidence that many of our clients have been with us for decades.

We operate from our main office in Mendrisio, an office in Lugano and a presence in the Canton of Zug in Baar, thanks to our partnership with RB Swiss. This allows us to support you across Switzerland while remaining your single point of contact.

Viviana Monga

Partner & CEO

A solid foundation in accounting and human resources, built over more than twenty years of experience between Italy and Switzerland in small and medium-sized enterprises. She has gained a deep understanding of the needs of companies of different sizes and contexts.

In 2018 she obtained the Swiss federal certificate as a Social Insurance Specialist. She also has qualified expertise in planning and executing marketing strategies — including digital campaigns, branding and social media management — and in organising events.

Laura Accarino

A highly qualified professional in tax advisory, with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the field. Her constant pursuit of innovative tax solutions makes her a point of reference for individuals and companies, including at international level.

Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with top marks from Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC in Castellanza. In 2019 she completed the Master of Advanced Studies in Tax Law at SUPSI in Lugano, deepening her expertise in international taxation.
