Domiciliation is the service through which a company obtains a registered office and a representative address in Switzerland at a fiduciary, without needing its own physical premises. It is for those who set up or run a Swiss company but do not reside in the country, or those who want an official presence in a specific canton. We manage the address and correspondence on your behalf.

Can I have a registered office in Switzerland without a physical office?
Yes. A Swiss company must have a registered office in the country, but it is not required to own its own premises: it can rely on domiciliation at a fiduciary.
