  • Can a fiduciary in Ticino handle payslips and employee contributions, or do I need a separate labour consultant?

    A fiduciary can handle the entire HR administration: payslips, social charges (AVS, LPP and LAINF), contracts, hiring and filings with the authorities. Usually there is no need for a separate labour consultant, because we coordinate the full cycle in-house, from remuneration to insurance procedures. We remain your single point of contact for the management of your people.

  • Can I outsource only the payroll to you, without the accounting?

    Yes. The payroll can also be entrusted as a stand-alone service: we handle the monthly payroll runs, payslips, social contributions and notifications to the authorities, regardless of whether we manage your accounting or not. Of course, if you entrust both to us, the advantage is having salaries and accounting perfectly aligned.

  • How do you handle expense reports, reimbursements and employee allowances?

    We process and review expense reports, reimbursements and allowances, integrating them correctly into the payroll run in compliance with Swiss rules. We check the documentation, apply the correct treatments and give you visibility on the real cost for the company and the net for the employee, avoiding errors and disputes.

  • Do you also manage hiring, contracts and work permits?

    Yes. We follow the entire hiring procedure: drafting of individual contracts, collection of documentation, registrations with the authorities, request of family allowances, mandatory notifications and renewal of work and residence permits. We also support you on contract amendments and on compliance with the applicable labour legislation.

  • How do you handle withholding tax for cross-border employees in the payslip?

    We calculate and apply the withholding tax directly in the payslips, according to the updated cantonal tables, correctly managing cross-border employees and the related filings.
